TRIP INCLUDES: This journey includes a roundtrip international flight (leaving from Newark, New Jersey airport returning to the JFK, New York airport) two meals daily, air-conditioned ground transportation, all tour and site entrance fees, hotel accommodations, and experienced English-speaking tour guides. Please note that beverages are not included and will be available at the traveler’s expense for a nominal fee.

RATES: The trip price is $6100.00 for double occupancy (per person) and $7100.00 for single occupancy (there is a $1000.00 single supplement charge).

A minimum deposit of $300.00 is required (non - refundable) for all reservations. The total fare must be received no later than 30 days (July 20, 2026) prior to departure. A minimum of half the total trip price must be made by April 15, 2026 (Double: $2800 & Single: $3400).

Visa & Passport Requirements: All travelers are responsible for obtaining the required Ghanaian and Togolese visas prior to departure. A valid passport (with adequate validity and blank pages) is required for entry into all countries on this itinerary.

Ghana Visa: Travelers must apply for their Ghana visa independently. Applications are processed through the Ghana Embassy. Instructions and timing will be provided, and applications must be submitted once the application window opens (July 1, 2026).

Egypt Visa: Egypt visas are $30 USD for US Passport holders. Akhet Tours personnel will collect the visa fee and will retrieve your visa upon arrival in Egypt. It is important to note that if you do not possess a US Passport the fee for the visa and process may different and vary depending upon country of issuance.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: Please note that all travelers aged 9 months and older entering Ghana and Togo are required to present proof of a valid Yellow Fever vaccination. The vaccination must have been administered within the last 10 years to be considered valid for entry into Ghana and Togo. In addition, the Yellow Fever vaccine must be received at least 12 days prior to arrival in either country. Travelers are responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement and for carrying their International Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Card) during travel.

Failure to complete requirements (VISA & VACCINATIONS) for entry into Ghana & Togo is solely your responsibility, and HAPI Inc. & Akhet Tours Inc. will not be held liable for any travel disruptions, denied entry, health issues, or additional costs incurred due to lack of proper documentation or immunizations. If the new dates are not suitable for your travel plans you may:
